Terms and Conditions

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately before your merchandise is shipped. You may cancel your order within one day from the purchase date. If your merchandise has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You will be responsible for returning the unwanted item(s). The following products will not be accepted for returns or exchange for any reason once opened or used: Bottles, Breast pumps and or accessories, Potty trainers/seats, Grooming and Health products.  Baptism outfits is not a returnable item or exchange once outfit/Baptism dress has shipped.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange on all returnable items. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds for items returned within 20 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on you credit card statement. All merchandise for return must be in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept washed or dirty items for return. We will credit all purchase prices, deducting shipping fees for all unopened merchandise.

Product must be returned in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories that may be included. If you have received a damaged or broken product please report it within 3 business days from your delivery date. If you do not contact us within the 3 business days of receipt, defective items cannot be replaced. Shipping and handling fees as well as gift wrapping fees are not refundable.

To expedite your return process, please provide us with the following information:  Your order number as it appears on your invoice, Reasons for returning items, Contact information, Billing information and an email address.

For your protection, please return the package using an insured shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items being sent to us. Any items that are in broken/damaged packaging will not be accepted for returns.
